Human Rights Parliamentary Scrutiny Bill re-introduced

September, 2010 – the Human Rights (Parliamentary Scrutiny) Bill 2010 has been re-introduced to the House of Representatives. The Bill has been forwarded to the Senate Legal and Constitutional  Affairs Committee for inquiry and report by 23 November 2010.
